What international protection standards do your cases meet?
Almost all products are IP67 waterproof/dustproof certified. Core series comply with MIL-STD-810H military testing (vibration, drop, salt fog).
Are bulk discounts available? What’s the MOQ?
15% off for 50+ units; 100+ units support custom branding. Customization requires 10-unit minimum (no MOQ for standard orders).
Can you create custom product molds for clients?
As a mold manufacturer, we typically don't offer custom mold development for individual client projects due to production efficiency considerations.
What's the lead time for custom projects?
- 1-3 weeks for die-cut foam solutions.
- Typically 3 weeks for full production readiness
